Refund Policy
We want every customer to be delighted. Here's our straightforward policy on cancellations, refunds, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Quick summary: If a paid template doesn't download correctly, doesn't match the preview, or has a technical defect, we'll give you a full refund within 7 days. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.
1. One-Time Template Purchases
When you purchase a single premium template, you are buying a digital good that is delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered after the file has been downloaded — except in the cases listed below.
Eligible for refund:
- The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable.
- The final design materially differs from the preview shown on the template page.
- You were charged twice for the same template due to a technical error.
- You purchased the wrong template by mistake AND have not yet downloaded the file.
Not eligible for refund:
- You changed your mind after downloading the file.
- You no longer need the design due to event cancellation or postponement.
- You are unhappy with how the printed version looks (we provide print-ready PDFs; printing quality depends on your printer).
- You purchased the wrong template AND have already downloaded it.
2. Subscription Plans
For users on monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel anytime from your settings page — no questions asked.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase AND have not downloaded any premium templates, we offer a full refund.
- After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable but you keep all access until your period ends.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email refunds@cardbanavo.com within the eligible period.
- Include your registered email, order ID (from the receipt), and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach screenshots if relevant (e.g. corrupted file preview, double-charge confirmation).
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit / Debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Net banking / UPI: 2–5 business days.
- Wallets: 1–3 business days.
Your bank's processing time is outside our control. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us with the bank's confirmation.
5. Failed Transactions
If your payment was deducted but the order shows as failed in your account, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. No action is needed from your side.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
