1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Card Banavo. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Card Banavo. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@cardbanavo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Card Banavo for:

• Creating content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our systems.
• Using automated bots or scrapers to access our templates or assets.
• Reselling or redistributing our templates or designs as your own product.

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any text, images, or designs you upload to Card Banavo. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

5.2 Our Templates

All templates, fonts, illustrations, and design elements provided by Card Banavo remain our intellectual property. When you customize and download a design, you receive a personal-use or commercial-use license depending on the plan you purchased — but the underlying template remains ours.

6. Pricing & Payments

• Free templates are available for personal use with no payment required.
• Premium templates require a one-time payment per design or a subscription, as displayed at checkout.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store full card details.

7. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on Card Banavo infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@cardbanavo.com with proof of ownership and the location of the offending content. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, modify features, or temporarily suspend the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Banavo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Card Banavo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
